My mom bought 3 couches, 2 end tables, and a full bedroom set with Levitz(of San Dimas) and they have been horrible!!!!! The bed cannot be put together because of some missing parts. They have reshipped the same thing (missing all the parts) 3 times now. My parents still do not have a complete bedroom set. My mother has paid them, in full, for 3 months now. Not only can they not get the order right, but they wont call them back to try to get this right. I would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from this store. They are rude and very inconsiderate!!!!!

I have recently become a customer of Levitz Furniture and my experiences in dealing with your company to date have been horrible. Your customer service representatives are extremely rude and unprofessional. Your merchandise is very cut-rate and you need not offer a one year warranty as the furniture I purchased has already broken down in the third month since I purchased it. I will never purchase from Levitz or any retailer that sells your merchandise. You have definitely lost a customer and I will be sure to let my friends, family and the Better Business Bureau know that your standards are well beneath the level of treatment and service that a customer should receive. You have lost sight of the fact that “the customer is always right” and as a customer I feel extremly slighted in spending hard earned money to only receive the worst treatment possible. You should not continue to do business and anyone who reads this should not purchase from you EVER!

To whom ever this may concern, I have been a Levitz customer for a relatively short period of time. During which I have had a few unpleasant experiences. The first being that I puchased a bed in Novemberof 03, and by May of 04 the bed had broken and the framework was beginning to deteriorate.
